We are delighted to announce that our very popular Pumpkin & Bourbon Hot sauce has been awarded GOLD in the Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards 2026! 

Here are the judges comments:  A nice linger.  Well balanced.  Lovely pumpkin flavour.  Amazing Gloss. 

Caramelised local pumpkins combined with habaneros, Kentucky Bourbon and a warming American spice blend create this delightful sauce; impossible to resist!  This has quickly become owner, Steve's, favourite sauce.  

Serving Suggestions:  Enjoy with pulled pork, roast dinners, steak, mixed with mayonnaise and served with nachos or veggie burgers - yum!  

Chilli Rating:  4 out of 5 chilies (hot)

Ingredients:  Pumpkin, Raw sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Bourbon, Chocolate Habanero, Garlic, Ginger, Himalayan Sea Salt, Spices, Xanthan Gum.

    Absolute Must-Try!

    This rich, smoky, slightly sweet, but beautifully balanced sauce is truly impossible to resist!

    Everything I have tried it with has elevated each dish. Next-level delicious! If you’re looking for a versatile, vibrant sauce that brings big flavour to any meal, this one is an absolute must-try! My only critique is that it doesn’t come in a larger sized bottle, like a barrel, for example.
