SCORPION PASSIONFRUIT REAPER

CONSUME WITH CAUTION!

Inspired by Mount Vesuvius (and initially named this when introduced to the markets), this sauce is a fiery blend of Scorpion, Reaper and Habanero chillies enhanced by slow-roasted tomatoes, passionfruit and extra virgin olive oil.  The Scorpion and Habanero deliver an immediate punch, while the Reaper gradually escalates, resulting in a bold explosion of heat and flavour.  

Serving Suggestions:  Pizza, Pasta, Mixed with Mayonnaise, anything that you want to add an extra-spicy kick to! 

Chilli Rating:  7 out of 5 chillies (super hot - this one is off the scale)

Ingredients:  Chilli (50%) - Trinidad Scorpion, Carolina Reaper, Habanero; Apple Cider Vinegar, Passionfruit (16%), Tomato, Garlic, Filtered Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.
